Poochy Peptides is a project in preparation. The operator’s legal identity and mailing address are awaiting verification. These details and a working privacy contact must be completed before public lead collection.

What a signup contains
Your email address, selected interest, optional note, source page, entry URL and available campaign tags. We also keep consent and submission times, email delivery status, confirmation status and protected verification tokens.
Do not include human medical details, veterinary records or information about other people in your note.
Why we use it
To verify your request, manage the list, understand interest in research topics and send updates you consent to receive. We also process limited technical information to prevent spam and keep the service secure.
We ask for affirmative email consent and a confirmation step. Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, consent supports optional email updates; legitimate interests support proportionate security and service administration.
Services involved
Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare D1 stores submissions. Our configured SMTP email provider processes your address and message to deliver requested emails. Authorized operators can inspect and export submissions to administer the list.
These providers may process information in countries outside yours. Applicable transfer arrangements and the selected email provider must be confirmed as part of launch setup. We do not sell lead lists or use signup information for third-party advertising.
Security and technical information
Our rate limiter uses a keyed hash derived from an IP address and an hourly window. Its database records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent requests. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead table. Hosting providers may separately keep technical logs under their policies.
Verification tokens are stored as hashes. Administrative lead access requires authorization. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
How long information stays
Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. That expiry does not automatically delete a pending submission. Lead and consent records remain until an authorized operator removes them following a retention review or an applicable request.
Unsubscribing stops that interest subscription. A limited suppression record may remain to respect your choice. Automated lead deletion is not currently implemented. A periodic retention process must be established before public lead collection.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in your email to leave the associated interest list. If you joined several interests, each has its own subscription. You can request access, correction or deletion through the privacy contact above. Further rights, including restriction, objection or portability, may apply depending on your location.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal information. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a verified channel.
Updates to this notice
We will update this page when the service or its data practices change. Material changes may require a separate notice or renewed consent.
